Visualisations
Making nervous system regulation a lifestyle, I came up with the idea to create visualisations.
The power of such visualisations derives from the brain´s ability to respond to imagination in the same way as it would to real experience. This means, you can engage the mind to activelly and consciously modify your organism, your wellbeing, and most amazingly the neuronal connections in your brain (neuroplasticity).
Since visualisations are so incredibly powerful, I now like to share with you some of my own making. :)
I will try to make your experience as tangible as possible. Most places, I actually visited myself and so it really is about creating a space for you to which you can return to when in need for rejuvination.
Be invited to find a comfortable position. Close your eyes, and allow yourself to tune into your senses:
sight, smell, touch, taste, hearing, body position, all feelings of interoception, ... Enjoy.
